Remove shoes and belongings
Hey Team! We have been asked by the health inspector to remove all shoes, clothing, and personal belongings from the Team Member room each night. We are not allowed to have personal belongings left at the restaurant. What you bring to work is what you must take back home after each shift.
OUr anniversary is coming up! lets celebrate
Our vision has been to "inspire others to achieve their dreams" since the start of our journey. It is incredible to the growth and progressed we have accomplished in the past year! So lets celebrate our milestone with a fun outing to Niagara Falls on Sunday May 26th 9am departure! To be financially responsible, we want to make sure the cost is being shared. Be assured this is a great opportunity to experience a trip to Niagara falls, enjoy a boat cruise that takes us next to the falls, enjoy some free time and we will return. We will have our own private coach bus for the entire day. The price includes the trip + boat ride. We need 50 employees to join for this to become feasible. Sign up by replying to the WhatsApp poll!
Operational Excellence
Our success is built on operational excellence. We strive to ensure we are ‘Excellent’ in our procedures and complete everything work with integrity. As we prepare for the summer time, you are expected to review pathway for all procedures assigned to you on pathway. This will refresh your knowledge and make us better! Your deadline is to complete all pathway training by May 15th (6weeks). If you are unable to complete this, please get back to me and we can work on an alternative timeline. This is paid training and you will submit your time taken to complete to Yeshma after finishing your training.

Paid Training Memo
This message is for all Team Members, Supervisors, and operational staff. Pathway training assigned is mandatory to complete. You are expected to finish your training to ensure your safety in the restaurant. Each module will be paid according to time expected to finish. Once you finish your training on Pathway 2.0 please email Yeshma (hr@cfaeatoncentre.ca) to have your training hours added to your next paycheck.
