Our Summer Picnic is coming up!

We want to remind you that on Sunday, August 11th, from 12PM to 5PM, we'll be hosting our picnic at Toronto Island. This will be a fantastic opportunity to enjoy some quality time with the whole team. You're welcome to bring a guest along! We'll cover the ferry ticket only for the team members. Self Evaluation May 30th Deadline

Remove shoes and belongings

Hey Team! We have been asked by the health inspector to remove all shoes, clothing, and personal belongings from the Team Member room each night. We are not allowed to have personal belongings left at the restaurant. What you bring to work is what you must take back home after each shift.

Operational Excellence

Our success is built on operational excellence. We strive to ensure we are ‘Excellent’ in our procedures and complete everything work with integrity. As we prepare for the summer time, you are expected to review pathway for all procedures assigned to you on pathway. This will refresh your knowledge and make us better! Your deadline is to complete all pathway training by May 15th (6weeks). If you are unable to complete this, please get back to me and we can work on an alternative timeline. This is paid training and you will submit your time taken to complete to Yeshma after finishing your training.
